SFX Liquid Powder Hailey white MAKEAR 5 ml
A liquid chrome powder that creates a soft glass and pearl effect with high shine.
This liquid formula is applied with a brush, so there is no dust, no mess and no wasted product. It gives a smooth, glossy, pearly finish and looks best over light and pastel colours.
How to use
- Apply MAKEAR Top No Wipe over gel or gel polish and cure for 30 seconds.
- Apply Hailey Liquid Powder directly with the brush.
- Rub in gently with a finger or applicator until the effect looks even.
- Seal with MAKEAR Top No Wipe and cure in a minimum 48W lamp.
