This is a top coat with colour, it has no sticky layer.
Perfect over a neutral nail, add the top coat and you’re done. It can also be used as a base colour for a french tip or nail art just apply a clear top coat when done (little helpful hint - buff the surface when doing nail art stops colour running)
I tend to stick with stronger 'bases' when using these rubber top coats as being a 'harder' gel it can crack.
When I say stronger 'bases' I mean acrylic/gel extensions, strengthening/builder gels etc.
