This is a top coat with a little extra sparkle, it has no sticky layer.
Can be put over a nude nail or colour.
I tend to stick with stronger 'bases' when using them as being a 'harder' gel it can crack.
When I say stronger 'bases' I mean, acrylic/gel extensions, strengthening/builder gels etc.
